Wednesday of last week I spoke with you on the telephone concerning the part-time Accounting position.
As you can see from the attached resume I have worked in almost every facet of the accounting field. As an internal auditor, I used computer systems to examine and evaluate the company's financial
and information systems, management procedures, and internal controls to ensure that records were accurate and controls were adequate to protect against fraud and waste. I have reviewed company
operations - evaluating their efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with corporate policies and procedures, laws, and government regulations. I have handled budgeting, performance evaluation, cost
management, and asset management. More specifically, I have experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, general and tax ledger reports, payroll, and sales tax functions. I am familiar with
a number of software packages used to facilitate accounting procedures.
